What It Is

A free, open‑source desktop application (built in C#) that streams your heart‑rate data from a Bluetooth Low‑Energy (BLE) pulse‑oximeter directly into VRChat via OSC—no phone or web apps required

Features

• Native desktop Bluetooth support — connect your pulse‑oximeter (e.g. CooSpo H808S) straight to your PC and stream real‑time BPM
• Alternative phone‑assisted mode — if your PC lacks BLE, use a companion Android app as an intermediary (same app bundle, still no web).
• Seamless VRChat integration — sends heart‑rate data via OSC to VRChat on port 9000, compatible with popular avatar setups like HRtoVRChat_OSC and vrc‑osc‑miband‑hrm; includes extra parameters like session peaks

Requirements

• Hardware: BLE pulse‑oximeter (tested with CooSpo H808S)
• PC Bluetooth (built‑in or adapter), or Wi‑Fi connection + phone (Android 13 or newer)
• PC OS: Windows 10/11 (for BLE/WPF support)
• VRChat: OSC functionality enabled (port 9000 by default)

How It Works

1. Connect your device via BLE on PC, or use the Android app paired with phone & PC on the same network.
2. Launch HeartRateMonitorVRC and select your pulse‑oximeter.
3. Done!
